1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all services offered by Persian Tourism Service (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) including but not limited to guided tours, travel arrangements, cultural experiences, and related services.
By booking, purchasing, or participating in any of our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
- Persian Tourism Service provides tourism-related services in accordance with Dutch and EU regulations.
- Detailed descriptions of services, itineraries, prices, and inclusions are provided on our official website and in individual service agreements.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, government restrictions, force majeure).
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing or through our official website.
- Full payment or a specified deposit must be made at the time of booking, as indicated on the invoice.
- Payments must be completed before the start of the service; otherwise, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking.
- All prices are in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by the Client:
- Up to 30 days before the service: 80% refund
- 29–15 days before the service: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before the service: No refund
- Cancellation by the Company:
- In the rare case of cancellation by the Company, clients will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
5. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate personal information, valid travel documents, visas, and compliance with local laws during your trip.
- You must follow all safety guidelines, instructions from our guides, and respect local customs and regulations.
- The Company is not responsible for loss or damage caused by your failure to comply with these responsibilities.
6. Liability
- The Company acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transportation, etc.). While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for actions or omissions of third-party providers.
- The Company is not responsible for personal injury, illness, damage, loss, delay, or additional expenses caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, delays, and personal property.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Your data will be used only for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

9. Intellectual Property
All materials, photographs, texts, and media on our website or provided during services are the property of Persian Tourism Service and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
- Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
11. Changes to Terms
Persian Tourism Service reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
